Summary

At TIE International, where I completed my apprenticeship, we regularly worked with apprentices from other companies who attended a one-year basic training program. During this time, they were introduced to fundamental skills and knowledge, enabling them to return to their companies prepared to contribute to real projects.

The experience of Connor Millham, a former Interactive Media Designer apprentice at TIE International, was documented in this case study. Together with my coworkers, I was involved in setting up the filming environment for the interview, including lighting and camera setup.

After filming, we edited the material into a final case study video that summarizes Connor’s one-year journey and highlights the skills and insights he gained during the program.
